Our Journey Began
Topaz was started by my sister as a dressmaking venture while she was still in school. From modest beginnings in a site shed in the backyard, it quickly grew into a family effort, and the foundations were laid for what would become a trusted name in quality canvas seat covers.
1994 | The Farmhouse
Move to the Farmhouse
By 1994, the business had outgrown its humble beginnings and we relocated to an unused house on the family farm. This move marked the start of a family collaboration, as we expanded our operations while staying well-connected to our roots!
2004 | Gnowangerup
Time for Expansion
With our small team expanding and demand growing, 2004 saw us purchase and establish a dedicated premises in Gnowangerup. The move allowed us to focus on innovation, introduce new machinery, and focus on the reputation of our quality products.
2021 | Canning Vale
Growth Phase in 2021
In 2021, we took a big step by entering the metropolitan scene with a rented property in Canning Vale. This move brought us closer to our customers and allowed us to streamline operations between both factories to meet growing demand.
2023 | Bellevue
Establishing Roots in Bellevue
In 2023, we planted permanent roots with by purchasing and renovating a property in Bellevue, providing the stability and space to operate efficiently across both Gnowangerup and Bellevue offices.
